1.2 winding process


 The high-precision winding machine is to produce a single-spiral coil of the corresponding pitch size according to the customer's process requirements. Since the bandwidth B error of the high-purity tungsten tape or the aluminum tape itself is on the order of micrometers, the pitch A error of the winding must also be within a micron-order error band to meet the product requirements.


 Therefore, winding the spiral coil will put more stringent requirements on the structure of the winding machine, mainly in the following aspects. One requires a reasonable winding machine structure, and the other is a high-precision equipment corresponding winding machine. Tolerance coordination is better, the third is to select the corresponding structural materials, and some structures need special processing to meet the requirements of use. In this way, it can ensure that the vibration caused by the mechanical transmission of the control system during operation can be small, that is, smooth and fast.
